Do I need a lot of fitness experience to take a class?
All levels of experience are welcome! Forma offers modifications and amplifications during each session. Plus, our certified personal trainers will help you through class with form if needed and are happy to answer questions you may have after class

What do I need to bring with me to class?
We are a shoeless workout so you can wear grippy socks or bare your toes. We have socks for purchase as well. 
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated! We offer free filtered water should you run out. 
Otherwise, we have everything you need…towels, mats, and all the equipment. 

What if I signed up for class but need to cancel?
We require a 24 hour cancellation notification. If you cancel within that time, your class will be credited to your account to be used at a different time. If you cancel fewer than 24 hours before class, you will be charged for the class. 

All sales are final, no refunds. Class credit only. 

Do you offer private sessions?
While sessions are limited, we do offer private 1:1 and small group sessions. Please email Jess directly for inquiries. Jess@studioforma.com

When should I arrive for class?
You should arrive 10 min before class starts to ensure you have the equipment you need for class at your mat. We will set up a lot of your space before class, but leave it up to you to select the weights you want to use. 

For the safety of you and the staff, the door locks at the beginning of class. If you are late, you will be unable to get in. 

Is it safe to take Forma sculpt class if I’m pregnant?
Always consult with your doctor first. During class, we will try to accommodate modifications for moves that may not be suitable for your growing belly.

Is there a waitlist for classes?
Yes! If the class you want to sign up for is full, you can select the waitlist option and if someone cancels, you will be notified!

Is there parking available? 
There is usually plenty of metered parking available on Barry, Greenview, and Lincoln Ave and sometimes free parking spots. There is also a parking lot on Greenview just north of Barry on the west side of the street.

Can I book a private party?
Yes! Group classes with your family and friends are so fun , especially for birthdays, weddings, etc. Email Jess@studioforma.com for different options and pricing.

On-Demand FAQs

  • Not at all! Our classes are designed for every level. Start where you are and progress at your own pace.


  • Dumbbells (2–20 lbs), Pilates ball, Pilates ring, yoga blocks, resistance bands (extra light–heavy), glider pads or HeroBoard (our fave!), ankle weights (optional), and a mat. Not every class requires equipment—choose what works for you.

  • Yes! You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Log In and then select ‘Active Packages’. Click on the three dots then select ‘Cancel Subscription’. Your access continues through the current billing period.


  • Monthly plans bill on your signup date and auto-renew each month. Yearly plans bill once and auto-renew annually. You can switch plans or cancel anytime.


  • We don’t offer refunds for partially used billing periods, but you can cancel before the next renewal to avoid future charges.

  • Always check with your doctor before beginning or continuing workouts while pregnant or recovering from an injury. We offer modifications and encourage you to listen to your body—safety comes first.


  • Years of hands-on experience, education, and heart. We believe movement is more than exercise—it’s empowerment, stress relief, and self-care.

  • Try our Travel Edition and express classes—minimal space, light/portable props, or bodyweight only.
